KIMBERLY TURNER

Rule 31 Listed Family and Civil Mediator

Mrs. Turner owned and operated the Law Office of Kimberly Turner & Associates for 14 years. She was a practicing attorney for 23 years with a focus on family law since 2011. Mrs. Turner was licensed as a mediator while practicing law but retired from the practice of law in 2024, to focus on mediation.

All mediators are Rule 31 Mediators.

Clarksville Mediation is dedicated to providing superior mediation services to middle Tennessee. Clarksville Mediation was founded on the premise that the parties, not the courts, should decide how best to resolve their differences.

We focus on providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can confidentially express their positions and work collaboratively with a mediator to reach a resolution that best suits their needs.
